Junior Prospects Showcase – 2010

jps_logoI am inviting you to the 6th Annual JPS Showcase (JPS) which will be May 21-23, 2010 at the Apex Arena in Arvada, Colorado.  The Showcase will start late on Friday, May 21st and will end at 2:00 PM on Sunday, May 23rd so as not to interfere with school.  If you have any schedule conflicts, such as graduation, we will adjust the playing schedule to meet your needs.

Last year, out of the 300 players who participated in JPS, over 175 were offered a definite spot/tender by the coaches/general managers who were there representing a more advanced/higher level of competition.  Committed to attend this year will be 40-50 coaches representing Jr A, colleges, prep schools, and Midge AAA hockey programs. The exposure from this Showcase gives the participants a great experience along with excellent opportunities to be seen by the numerous coaches.

We would love to have you attend. Our web site is http://www.jps-hockey.com/.

If you have any questions or need more information please don’t hesitate to call me at 719-473-5175 or email me at buetowbj@aol.com.

I look forward to seeing you at JPS.

Sincerely,

Brad Buetow
Director

What Are Others Saying?

Kevin Hartzell
GM/Head Coach Sioux Falls Stampede USHL
“Brad Buetow, Director of JPS, was my college coach when I played at the University of Minnesota and I feel that with Brad’s contacts JPS is one of the top exposure camps for juniors, prep, midget and college scouts. We will enjoy coming out and feel it is very worthwhile.”

Dean Blais
GM/Head Coach Fargo Force USHL
“We are looking forward to scouting players out of the JPS showcase. The competition is excellent and there will be several scouts/coaches from all the junior A and college levels.

Jon Bonnett
Assistant Coach Colorado College
“I believe Coach Buetow is one of the hardest working youth coaches/recruiters in the country. Brad is well connected and visible within the hockey community. Brad is motivated to develop and expose local and non-traditional hockey players to Midget AAA, Junior and NCAA Hockey. The camp is the first step”

Pete Whitney
Scout Gunnery Prep/Indy Ice USHL
“JPS with Brad Buetow will give players needed exposure. I pan on taking several players out of this exposure showcase. Nice job!”

Ed Zawatsky
Head Coach Yorktown Terriers Saskatchewan SJHL
“Excellent Showcase! JPS exposure showcase really puts kids on the radar for future opportunities. I will be attending it along with other Canadian coaches from British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba and Ontario.”

Bob Landgraf – Parent
“I just wanted to pass along to you my sincere thanks for putting on a showcase that was all that it said it would be.  My son, Trevor, spoke with several different organizations and was invited to the main camp for the Wenatchee team of the NAHL.  My son went to other showcases and they didn’t even compare to the one you just ran.  The talent wasn’t close nor was the presence of all the different organizations.  Trevor got on the Radar” of several teams and that’s all we could ask for – a showcase that actually did what it promoted. Thanks again for the well-run event and I look forward to Trevor attending in the future.”
